Someone answers, at any hour
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
You are never billed for this service
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
Insured, credentialled and nearby
The connection goes to an insured independent contractor working in the Austin area rather than to a call centre two states away. The contractor on site is the firm that must hold the permissions the job calls for, so confirm them yourself before anyone starts.
If the match is wrong, call back
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
Where these commitments stop
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
